Tell us what breaks, what works, and what should be sharper.
WeekFlux is in public beta on Desktop and Mobile. Your reports help us fix the rough edges and decide what to build next.
WeekFlux is a local-first weekly planner that brings tasks, time blocking, focus sessions, habits, notes, and a weekly review into one place. It is currently in public beta on Desktop and Mobile, with mobile targeting iOS Safari and Android Chrome.
Beta software has rough edges, and we would rather hear about them than hide them. This page explains how to send a bug report, share feature feedback, and reach support, plus what we collect and what we never collect along the way.
Send bug reports
If something behaves unexpectedly, let us know. You can send a bug report from within the app or from the website, so you do not need to track down a separate channel.
Clear reports help us reproduce the problem faster. A short description of what you were doing and what went wrong is often enough to get us started, and we will follow up if we need more detail.
Send feature feedback
Feature feedback shapes where WeekFlux goes next. If a workflow feels slower than it should, or a feature is missing for the way you plan your week, tell us. You can share feedback from within the app or from the website.
We read every suggestion, but we cannot promise specific fix dates or commit to building every idea. We weigh feedback against the rest of the roadmap and the realities of a small beta.
Contact support
If you are stuck or have a question that is not a bug, you can reach support from within the app or from the website. We aim to be candid about what is known, what is in progress, and what is not ready yet.
Because WeekFlux is in beta, some answers will be honest acknowledgements that a feature is still evolving. We would rather set accurate expectations than overpromise.
What to include in feedback
The more context you share, the faster we can act. None of this is required, but each detail you add makes a report easier to reproduce and resolve.
At a glance
- Steps to reproduce, in the order you took them
- Your browser and device, for example iOS Safari or Android Chrome
- What you expected to happen versus what you actually saw
- Screenshots if possible, with anything private cropped out
What WeekFlux never sends automatically
WeekFlux has no in-app analytics. There is no Google Analytics or Tag Manager, no PostHog, Segment, Mixpanel, or Plausible running inside the planner.
Your tasks, notes, habits, and schedule are not transmitted for tracking. The planner is built to keep your planning data with you, not to watch how you use it.
Privacy-safe support context
When you reach out, you control exactly what you share. Nothing about your planner content is auto-collected and attached to a report, so a screenshot or description only includes what you choose to add.
This keeps support honest and low-risk: we work from the details you decide to send, and your weekly plan stays private unless you intentionally include part of it.
- Public beta on Desktop and Mobile
- Local-first by design
- No in-app analytics
FAQ
How do I report a bug in WeekFlux?
You can send a bug report from within the app or from the website. Include steps to reproduce, your browser and device, and what you expected versus what you saw so we can investigate quickly.
Will you fix my bug by a specific date?
We cannot promise specific fix dates. WeekFlux is in public beta, so we prioritize reports against the rest of the roadmap and follow up if we need more detail.
Does WeekFlux track how I use the planner?
No. There is no in-app analytics inside the planner, and no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, PostHog, Segment, Mixpanel, or Plausible. Your tasks, notes, habits, and schedule are not transmitted for tracking.
What information is collected when I contact support?
Only what you choose to share. Nothing about your planner content is auto-collected, so a report includes only the description and any screenshots you decide to add.
